Customer Service Supervisor

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Customer Service Counter
  • Attend to shoppers' enquiries, redemptions and sale of vouchers
  • Handle and follow-up enquiries and feedback from tenants and the public
  • Assist in Advertising & Promotional activities

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma / 'A' Level holder
  • 3 years' experience in frontline customer service or hospitality industry preferred
  • Good oral and written communications skills
  • Passion for customer service and possess good customer handling skills
  • Pleasant and friendly personality
  •  Able to work shifts, weekends and PH


Customer Service Officers
Attend to shoppers' enquiries; assist in mall redemption programmes and sale of vouchers.

Requirements:

  • G.C.E. 'N' Level with experience in a retail or hospitality industry
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Computer literate
  •  Able to work shifts including weekends and public holidays


M&E Technicians
Repair, maintenance and trouble shooting of electrical fittings and installations, air-conditioning or plumbing and pipe fittings of commercial building

Requirements:

  • Able to work on two rotating shifts including weekends and public holidays
  •  Fresh school leavers may also apply


Security Officers (in-house)

Requirements:

  • Able to work 3 rotating shifts including weekends and public holidays
  • Physically fit and mentally alert & responsible
  • NSRS / WSQ trained or exempted
  •  Able to speak / write simple English
  • Possess Private Security Identification Card Issued by SIRD
