Customer Service Officer

 

Responsibilities:

  • Attend to shoppers’ enquiries
  • Assist in mall redemption programmes and sale of vouchers

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum G.C.E. 'N' Level with experience in a retail or hospitality industry
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Computer literate
  • Able to work on shifts, including weekends and PH

 

 

Safety & Security Supervisor

 

Responsibilities:

  • Carry out checks, patrol and operate the Fire Command Centre (FCC)
  • Familiar with fire evacuation plan, IPP and fire protection system
  • Attend to incidents including fire, investigation and follow up with incident report
  • Monitor contractors’ servicing work including the fire protection system and to ensure compliance by the contractors on fire regulation
  • Manage day-to-day car park operation

 

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Preferably Non-Executive specialized in Security/Armed Forces/Protective Services or equivalent
  • Able to work 2 or 3 rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays
  • Holds a valid PLRD licence
  • Singaporean, Ex-SPF, SAF or SCDF and CERT-trained would be preferred
