Safe Distancing Measures at Marina Square

Your Health and Safety is our priority.

Safe distancing measures at Marina Square:

a. We conduct temperature screening for customers at entrances (Please note limited access points) to detect customers with fever

b. Contact tracing has been implemented through the use of SafeEntry to facilitate the efficient collection of visitor information so that contact tracing can be done in a timely manner.

c. All staff, customers and other personnel within our mall must have mask on at all times.

d. We use floor markers to clearly demarcate queue lines for customers.

e. One-metre spacing is ensured between customers at all times.

Safe Distancing Measures at Food & Beverage Establishments

Your Health and Safety is our priority.

These safe distancing measures complement the sanitation and hygiene practices recommended under the SG Clean campaign for F&B establishments.

Queue management:
a. We have reduced the number of people gathering outside the outlet by putting in place queue management solutions. These include taking down diner details and calling them when there are seats available.
b. Where queues are unavoidable, we have clearly marked queueing areas and space customers out in the queue, at a safe distance of at least one metre apart
c. Some of our dining outlets have incorporated mobile ordering and payment solutions so that diners can order and make payments directly without having to wait at the cashier.
d. Pre-ordering, where available, are recommended to minimise physical clustering of customers waiting to pick up their orders

Table and seating management:
While related diners (e.g. family members, couples) can be seated together without staggered seating, ensure a distance of at least one metre between tables or different groups of diners

Safe Distancing Measures at Retail Outlets

Your Health and Safety is our priority.

We have drawn up safe distancing measures for retail outlets to provide a safer shopping experience.

Crowd and queue management:
a. We have spaced out the queueing of shoppers (at least one metre apart) for fitting rooms and at cashiers
b. Floor markers to mark queueing positions for shoppers
c. We encourage the use of self-checkouts, and cashless or contactless payment to speed up the processing of payment and reduce cash-handling
d. To limit the number of shoppers within the store to allow for at least a metre spacing between them, this can be done by letting shoppers into the store progressively.

a. Service staff have been trained to provide clear communication on safe distancing measures
b. Simple signage have been put up to clearly communicate these practices to shoppers
