As Marina Square celebrates 40 years of memories and milestones, join us for a special photography workshop to capture the architectural character of this iconic Singapore landmark before its upcoming redevelopment.
Whether you're a beginner with a smartphone or a photography enthusiast with a dedicated camera, this hands-on workshop invites you to explore Marina Square through a different lens, discovering new perspectives and appreciating the details that make this familiar space unique.
The two-hour walk-and-learn workshop, led by trainer Gautami in collaboration with Cathay Photo, will begin at Dal.komm COFFEE before guiding participants through the mall’s distinctive spaces, offering them an opportunity to preserve a visual record of this beloved Singaporean space. As we walk through Marina Square, you'll experiment with different viewpoints, framing techniques, and ways of working with light to uncover architectural details and hidden corners that might otherwise go unnoticed.
More than just a photography workshop, this is an opportunity to celebrate Marina Square's architectural legacy and preserve a visual record of the spaces and memories that have been part of Singapore's landscape for four decades.
As a celebratory treat, each participant will receive complimentary two drinks and a slice of cake! The best photo will win a Canon EOS R50 kit worth $1,189!
